Here is a new type of abuse raring it's ugly head. A younger looking male is accused of abusing an official looking and sounding placard to get free parking in New York. The kid also has dash lights in each vehicle. The news station reported the cars were registered to his mom. The kid only had a partially obstructed (by his thumb) ID to prove he was a "Fugitive Recovery Agent." As the news story said, the kid was doing this to possibly avoid paying parking fees and to scare off ticket writers.

does not exist in NY. NYPD has a bulletin out stating all "bail agents" not carry shields or have parking placards. again i hope nypd's impersonation unit is looking into it. why couldnt he join a real volly group? instead of making up his own agency.
